Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026

Knox Technologies [LLC] ("Knox AI Foundry," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website KnoxAIFoundry.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run the Site, we do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company name, company size, and the details you share about what you're trying to solve.
  • Early access requests: your name, email address, company, and any details you provide about your interest in Forge.
  • Discovery call booking: your name, email address, the time you select, and any notes you add when scheduling.
  • Email: anything you send us directly, including attachments.

Please don't send sensitive information (such as health, financial account, or government ID details) through the contact form or by email. If a project requires sensitive data, we'll arrange an appropriate way to handle it.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics: we use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics to understand overall Site traffic, such as page views, referring sites, general location (country level), and device or browser type. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
  • Security and hosting logs: our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request details to deliver the Site, prevent abuse, and protect against spam and attacks.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls
  • Evaluate and follow up on early access requests
  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Site
  • Understand how the Site is used so we can improve it
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We will not use your information to send marketing emails unless you've asked to hear from us. You can opt out of any follow-up communication at any time by replying and letting us know.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business, and only as needed for them to perform those services. These include:

  • Website hosting, security, and analytics: Cloudflare
  • Email: Zoho Mail
  • Scheduling: [Cal.com / Calendly]
  • Productivity and AI tools: we may use business software, including AI tools, to help organize and respond to inquiries. We use these tools under business terms that restrict how they may use your information, and we do not permit your submissions to be used to train publicly available AI models.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.

4. Cookies

The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. Our security provider may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to protect the Site from bots and abuse. If you use our scheduling tool, that provider may set its own cookies, governed by its privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We keep inquiry, early access, and correspondence information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then for a reasonable period for record-keeping, typically no longer than [24] months after our last interaction unless we're working together or the law requires longer. Aggregated analytics data may be kept longer because it does not identify you.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Stop contacting you

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to data portability, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. We will honor these rights where they apply and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

To make a request, email michael.knox@knoxaifoundry.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we'll respond within the time required by applicable law.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, though, as noted above, we don't sell or share it in the first place.

8. Client projects

This Policy covers the Site only. If you become a client, data we process on your behalf as part of a project (such as data in systems we build, automate, or deploy for you) is governed by our agreement with you, not by this Policy.

9. Our products

Products listed on the Site, such as MealForge, SentiNel, justsendfax, and Drakin's Forge, may have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use those products.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. International visitors

We are based in the United States, and information you submit through the Site is processed in the United States and by our service providers, which may operate in other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
